若您的论文已被录用，请仔细阅读以下内容：

一、论文修改和终稿提交

1. 作者请于3月12日前登录投稿系统，根据审稿人的反馈意见对论文进行修改并按原方式上传至投稿系统（论文必须使用IEEE PDF eXpress转换至PDF格式）。

2. 论文终稿不超过6页，超过6页的部分每页加收350元人民币（总页数不超过8页）。论文如违反IEEE的出版政策，已被大会录用的论文仍有可能会被拒绝出版。

二、提交版权转让协议

1.所有被录用的论文，请由1位作者于3月12日前登录投稿系统点击【Submit Copyright】签署版权协议。

2.版权协议只可提交一次，请准确填写论文和作者信息（提交版权协议后不可再修改论文题目和作者信息。若版权协议、投稿系统、论文正文三者中题目作者信息出现不一致，可能会导致论文被IEEE拒收）最后签署位置输入任意作者的名字。

3.填写完成后版权协议会自动发到您的邮箱。请将您的版权协议发送至changk@ces.org.cn

4.常见问题：如提示错误代码1007，请返回投稿系统将所有作者的邮箱填写完整后，再次尝试。如出现错误代码3001，代表之前已经成功提交了版权协议。

三、会议注册和缴费

1.根据组委会规则，所有被大会录用的论文都必须有至少一位作者注册缴费，请按参会作者实际身份选择价格缴费。（注册费包含：论文版面费、参会费、会议资料、电子论文  集、会议期间自助午餐、晚餐及5月13日欢迎晚宴等。）

2.为保证论文集如期出版，作者注册缴费的截止日期为2023年4月30日。没有按时缴费的论文将不会被收录至出版的论文集中。

  3. 会议录用的所有论文都需由其中一位作者现场报告或海报交流。您的论文具体采用哪种交流形式，将由组委会指定并发布于后续日程表中，请持续关注大会官网和公众号。

Ø完成汇款后请登录https://www.cieec.com.cn/Registration.html填写会议注册信息和开票信息。

Ø发票默认为增值税电子普通发票，服务名称为“会议注册费”。发票将于7日内发至您填写的注册邮箱。如需开具增值税专用发票请在备注中注明。

Letter to Author

1. Paper Revision

Authors must revise the manuscript according to the reviewers’ advises and correct format, and submit the final version of the paper （Authors must use the IEEE PDF eXpress® site to convert manuscript files to the required format then Upload file in Openconf system）before the submission deadline, 12. March, 2023. Final paper length is limited to 6 pages. One additional page can be purchased at RMB 350/USD 50 (no more than two additional pages).Papers that violate IEEE's publication policy and guidelines may be rejected, even if they have been accepted in the review process. Disciplinary action may also be taken by IEEE if the violation is deemed severe.

2. e-Copyright Form（eCF）

Fill in your copyright form in Openconf system 【click: Submit Copyright】.Correct information of the paper and the author is extremely important, for the copyright form can only be submitted ONCE. The deadline for copyright submitting is March 12, 2023. Download your copyright form and send to: changk@ces.org.cn

3.  Register for the conference

At least one author of each accepted paper must register at full fee before 30. APR, 2023. Papers without at least one registered author will not be presented and published. Each full fee registration is permitted to present/publish up to one manuscript.
