如您的论文已被 CIEEC2026 录用，请您仔细阅读以下内容：
一、【2026 年3月9日前】提交修改版终稿和版权协议
1.请根据投稿系统中的审稿意见对论文进行修改，并按原方式上传至投稿系统。
2.被录用的论文需由一位作者现场报告或海报交流。您投稿时选择的汇报形式将作为参考，最终安排请以大会公布的程序册为准，请持续关注大会官网和公众号。
3.请进入投稿系统，点击【My Submission】按钮找到您的投稿，点击【title】，选择【IEEE eCopyright】按钮进行版权协议签署。版权协议只可提交一次，请准确核对论文和作者信、（提交版权协议后不可再修改论文题目和作者信息。若版权协议、投稿系统与论文正文中的信息不一致，将可能导致论文无法出版。）最后签署位置输入任意作者的名字。填写完成后版权协议会自动发到您的邮箱。请将您的版权协议发送 changk@ces.org.cn 邮件主题和文件名称请写明论文“ID”。如提示错误代码“1007”，请返回投稿系统将所有作者的邮箱填写完整后，再次尝试。如出现错误代码“3001”，则代表之前已成功提交版权协议。
二、【2026年3月10日前】注册缴费享受早鸟优惠价
1.注册缴费要求：
（1）被录用的论文必须有至少一位作者以“Regular”或“Member”价格注册缴费（仅以“Student”或“Student Member”价格注册缴费仅可用于参会，不可用于出版论文）。其他参会人员请按参会作者实际身份选择价格缴费。3 月 10 日前缴费为早鸟优惠价格，注册费包含：论文版面费、参会费、会议资料、电子论文集、会议期间自助午餐、晚餐及欢迎晚宴等。
（2）每位“Regular”或“Member”注册人最多可代表两篇论文，第二篇论文的注册费为2000 元。
（3）如论文终稿超过6 页的部分每页加收 350 元人民币（总页数不超过8 页）。论文如违反 IEEE 的出版政策，已被大会录用的论文仍有可能会被拒绝出版。
（4）为保证论文如期出版，请论文作者于2026年4月30日前完成注册缴费，否则您的论文将无法进入论文集。

Letter to Author
1.Paper Revision
Authors must revise the manuscript according to the reviewers’ advises and correct format, and submit the final version of the paper before the submission deadline, 9. March, 2026. Final paper length is limited to 6 pages. One additional page can be purchased at RMB 350/USD 50 (no more than two additional pages).Papers that violate IEEE's publication policy and guidelines may be rejected, even if they have been accepted in the review process. Disciplinary action may also be taken by IEEE if the violation is deemed severe.
2.e-Copyright Form（eCF）
Fill in your copyright form in Openconf system 【IEEE eCopyright】.Correct information of the paper and the author is extremely important, for the copyright form can only be submitted ONCE. The deadline for copyright submitting is March 9, 2026. Download your copyright form and send to: changk@ces.org.cn
3. Register for the conference
One Regular/Member registration is eligible to present maximum two papers with extra fee of RMB 2000/USD 250 for the second paper. Student registration cannot present papers.
At least one of the authors must make a Regular or Member registration by April 30, 2026 in order for their papers to be included in the program and proceedings of CIEEC 2026.
An additional RMB 350/USD 50 per page is required for papers over 6 pages, with a maximum of 8 pages. Specify ‘CIEEC+Submission ID ’in the notes when remitting money.
